小液流法测定植物组织水势的优化

摘 要:

小液流法测定植物组织水势是植物生理学中的基础实验之一。本文从甲烯蓝的用量、实验材料的选择、取材方法和实验器材等方面进行优化, 建立了一套操作方便、可重复性好的小液流法测定植物组织水势的体系, 可用于实验教学和研究中。

Abstract:

Water potential measurement in plant tissue with Chardakov method is one of the basic experiments in the plant physiology. In this study, we optimized the concentration of methylene blue, material selection, sampling method, and experimental equipments, and established a system of convenient operation and good repeatability, which could be used for experiment teaching and research.
